Korean Delegation from Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, Ewha Womans University and National Fusion Research Institute paid a visit to Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics (SIOM), Chinese Academy of Sciences on November 16, 2015. Prof. Ruxin Li, the director of SIOM met the Korean delegation and expressed his warm welcome to the visitors.

　　During the visit, Prof. Ruxin Li had deep discussions with the delegation on the interested research fields between SIOM and Korean research affiliations. The delegation showed great interests and hoped it could get more substantial achievements in the near future.

　　Ms. Lin Hongxiang, who is in charging of SIOM international cooperation, gave a brief introduction on SIOM to the delegation. After the meeting, the Korean delegation visited the Joint Laboratory of High Power Laser Physics and the State Key Laboratory of High Field Laser Physics.
